Terms of Service

These terms will be finalized before general availability. During the private beta, use of Yōten is subject to the following informal understanding:

• Yōten is provided “as-is” during the beta. Expect bugs; report them and we'll fix them fast.
• You retain ownership of your meeting content. We process it to provide the service.
• Don't use Yōten to record meetings you don't have consent to record. Local laws (two-party consent, etc.) are your responsibility.
• We don't train models on your content. Full stop.
• You can request data deletion at any time by emailing us.
• The service depends on third-party vendors (Recall.ai, Soniox, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare). Their outages become our outages.
• Yōten is offered by an independent developer, not a company. Legal-entity setup is planned before paid tier launch.
