Privacy Policy

The full policy will be published before general availability. Here's what you should know today:

• What we collect: the email you sign up with, meetings you choose to record, the transcripts + AI-generated summaries and action items derived from them.
• Where it lives: Postgres for structured data, Cloudflare R2 for audio recordings. Both are per-user isolated.
• Vendors: Recall.ai (bot), Soniox (transcription), Anthropic (LLM), Cloudflare (network + storage), Railway (application hosting). Your data passes through them; none of them see other users' data.
• Retention: per your plan (30d free, 90d starter, 12mo pro). You can request deletion any time.
• No model training: your content is never used to train ML models. Not ours, not our vendors'.
• Cookies: essential session cookie for the app. No trackers on the marketing site today.

Data-deletion requests, questions, or GDPR/CCPA data-portability requests: email us and we'll get back within 5 business days.
